Elevator Inspections and Consultations

Elevator owner is responsible for the safe operation, proper maintenance and inspections per Florida statutes.
Perform annual routine, cat 1 and cat 5, 5-year (full load) inspections and cat 3 testing.
Acceptance testing for new installations and alterations.
DLM inspections and solutions recommendations, Door lock monitoring is now required by December 31, 2023.
Inspections for vertical platform lifts, residential elevators, construction hoists, escalators, moving walks and material lifts.
